Junior Research Fellow:

Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellowship position in the Department of Chemistry, Gandhigram Rural Institute, Gandhigram-624 302, Dindigul, Tamilnadu for the Research Project Sponsored by Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi. The selected candidate will be permitted to register Ph.D. in Chemistry as a full time candidate.

1.     Qualifications M.Sc. Chemistry with 55% marks CSIR/NET/GATE qualification is essential

2.     Title of the project Development of Cost Effective Diagnostic Tools for the Determination of Food Adulterants and Contaminants Using Metal Nanoparticles

3.     Project Duration 2 years and 6 months

4.     Emoluments Rs.16,000/- per month for initial two years and Rs.18,000/- per month from the third year + HRA (as per norms)
