Job Title: Technical Services- Research Associate

Job Description:

• Conduct lab trials and record results as required for TS and IPG projects.
• Under the direction of senior staff, carries out own experimental work involving established methods in order to meet specific team/project goals
• Responsible for planning and execution of own work in accordance with guidelines from TSM’s, and communication of the results.

• Participate in development of new products and formulation processes, as well as optimizing the existing.
• Participate in development of new analytical methods and/or qualification and optimization of equipment in pilot.
• Responsible for maintenance of enzyme and RM inventory.
• Secure that all work is performed in accordance with the quality and safety guidelines in the department.
• Participate in securing a good working climate in the department.

Eligibility: B.Sc/ M.Sc Food Technology/ Life science

Experience: 2 years

Desired Skills:

• Around 2 years’ experience in the Beverage/ Wine/Juice industry
• Good in MS office
• Excellent communicator
