Overview of the Role
- You will work in a team environment to provide assistance to the Call Center and Project Leader to ensure a high level of Customer Service/Support and Quality Systems.
- You will to resolve critical /complex call center requests via telephone, web or fax.
- You will be responsible for preparing project summary reports and analysis related to project support activities.
- You will keep management informed of activities in relation to both quality and customer service.
Role Requirements
- You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- You must proven work experience in this field.
- You must have the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, meet timelines and liaise successfully with both internal and external clients.
