Walk-In-Interview on 5th (Positions at SI.No.1&2) & 6th (Position at SI.No.3) January, 2015 at 9.30 a.m.

Location: Chennai (Madras)

1. Sr. Project Fellow (NMITLI) 
   No. of Post - 01
   Qualification: M.E./ M.Tech/ MS (Engg) in Optoelectronics/ Lasers/ Photonics/ Nanotechnology with atleast 70% marks (OR) with M.Sc in Optoelectronics/ Lasers/ Photonics/ Nanotechnology atleast 55% marks and with one publication in a SCI Journal and should have completed two years of post M.Sc. Research experience.
   Stipend: Rs. 18000/- + HRA
   Duration: Initially for a period of six months (likely to be extended) & co-terminus with the project
   
2. Sr. Project Fellow (NMP - 55)
   No. of Post - 01
   Qualification: M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc (Engg) in optoelectronics/ Lasers/ photonics/ Renewable Energy with atleast 70% marks.
   Duration: Initially for a period of six months (likely to be extended) & co-terminus with the project
   
3. Sr. Research Fellow (GAP - 3125)
   No. of Post - 01
   Qualification: M.E./ M.Tech or equivalent in Embedded Systems/ Applied Electronics/ VLSI Design with atleast 70% marks
   Duration: Initially for a period of six months (likely to be extended) & co-terminus with the project

Desirable Qualification:
SI. No.: Knowledge of optics and photonics with some simulation and experimental skills in microfabrication/ nanotechnology
SI. No.2: Knowledge of optics and photonics with some simulation and experimental skills.

Age: should not exceed 32 years as on 05.01.2015 & 06.01.2014 for SPF & SRF respectively.

Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belong to SC/ST, women, physically handicapped & OBC applicants.
